The shipping charge within the United States is $7.00 per order. This fee includes insurance and delivery confirmation. All in-stock items will be shipped out within two (2) to three (3) business days, or we will notify you if we anticipate any delays in your shipment. We normally ship smaller items by U.S. Postal Service priority mail, and larger items or orders by UPS.
International Shipping:
Shipping up to two (2) average-sized, average-priced buckles for countries that use post office global priority mail is $7.00 US dollars ($7.00 USD for shipping to Canada). Shipping for up to 4 average-sized, average-priced buckles is $12.50 USD for countries that use post office global priority mail ($10.50 USD for shipping to Canada). For shipping costs on other items, please e-mail us to find out shipping charges. In countries other than the United States, the credit card billing address and shipping address must be the same.
If the United States does not ship by global priority mail to your country, then your orders must be pre-paid by a money order drawn on U.S. funds. We accept no responsibility for lost shipments within these countries, although we do promise we will ship your order!
Insurance:
We include an insurance fee in all shipments. If you received a damaged package, please keep the original box and packaging materials to assist us in making a claim for the insured items. Please contact us immediately at exchanges@artesaniatx.com. All damage claims must be made within ten (10) business days of delivery of shipment.
Taxes:
Sales tax is 8.25% on items shipped within Texas.
returns/exchanges
By purchasing products from Artesaniatx.com, you are agreeing to our returns policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us via e-mail at exchanges@artesaniatx.com to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA).
Returns are FOR EXCHANGE ONLY and shipping is non-refundable. All return requests must be made within ten (10) business days of delivery of shipment. Subject to the restrictions below, if you would like to exchange an item, we will gladly replace it with another selection of equal or lesser value.
No Return or Exchange on the following products:
* Custom orders
For merchandise qualified for exchange, re-pack the product in its original packaging with the packing slip including the MRA written on it. You must also include the MRA number on the label to the following exchange shipping address:

Any returned items not accompanied by the authorized MRA number will not be exchanged. For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., Insured Mail through USPS, FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express) and retain your receipt. Artesania is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Unless otherwise specified, all merchandise sold by artesaniatx.com is new. By purchasing from artesaniatx.com, you agree that artesaniatx.com reserves the right to refuse to replace, to exchange, or to issue refunds, for merchandise that arrives damaged until a damage claim is made with the delivery service. You agree to assist us in filing any damage claims with the delivery service that delivered your purchase.
To qualify for an exchange, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer packaging in any manner. We will not accept, refund, exchange or issue credit for returns if packaging and the product is not in its original condition as determined by artesaniatx.com. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Our refund policy applies even to items covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, because artesaniatx.com is not an "authorized" dealer of the merchandise.

We are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies contained in this web site. The information, prices and discounts presented on this site are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed.
