wholesale terms & Conditions

payments:
We accept credit cards via our online PayPal account and pre-payment via check (please allow extra time before shipping for the check to clear our account).  Open accounts are not available at this time.

minimum orders:
The minimum opening order is three (3) buckles or $150.00.  The minimum re-order is three (3) buckles or $150.00.  Custom orders must meet the minimum or retail pricing will be charged.

opening orders:
The minimum opening order is three (3) buckles or $150.00.  In order to comply with state regulations regarding wholesale or tax-exempt transactions, please supply your retailer credentials including your business name, address, telephone number, state tax i.d. number, type of materials purchased and use of materials purchased.  For Texas retailers, please use the link below to print the Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate.  The completed form must be faxed to us at 817/329-0261 prior to processing your order.

freight:
All items are shipped from Dallas, Texas or D/FW International Airport by insured USPS, by UPS or Federal Express.  Shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will be added to the invoice.  Shipping charges for wholesale orders are a flat fee of $10.00 per shipment, unless the customer requests expedited shipping.  For expedited shipping, extra charges may be added to the invoice.

returns:
Please contact us via fax (817/329-0261) or e-mail (exchanges@artesaniatx.com) to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA).  Returns are for exchange only and shipping is non-refundable.  All return requests must be made within ten (10) business days of receipt of shipment.

damages:
Please contact us immediately via fax at 817/329-0261 or via e-mail at (exchanges@artesaniatx.com) regarding any damaged items.  Please keep all original packing materials!  All damage claims must be made within ten (10) business days of receipt of shipment. 

pricing:
Please contact via us via fax (817/329-0261) or e-mail (whosesale@artesaniatx.com) regarding wholesale pricing which is generally 35% off our price.  All prices listed are suggested retail.  However, we respect the right of each retailer to set their own pricing.

delivery:
Depending on the size of your order, wholesale orders generally ship in three (3) to four (4) weeks.  Many smaller orders will ship more quickly.   Due to demands on delivery services, shipments during holiday seasons may take longer.  Please contact us if you have a special event or deadline to make sure that we can meet your needs.  For expedited shipping, extra charges may be added to the invoice.

custom orders:
Due to natural variances in stones and other materials we use in our products, each item is one of a kind.  However, we would love to discuss any custom request you may have. Please e-mail us at custom@artesaniatx.com with your request, and we will advise you promptly if we can meet your request.  Custom orders must meet the minimum order of three (3) buckles or $150.00 and may take longer for delivery, particularly during peak seasons.
